The Panel

Every result earns its place.

A precision longevity panel — blood, body, and the markers your annual physical skips. We don’t test for the sake of a longer report. Every marker is here because it has to change a decision.

More than blood

We measure the body, not just the vial.

A tube of blood misses half the picture. So we capture the physical markers that actually predict how long, and how well, you’ll move.

GripGrip strengthOne of the strongest simple predictors of all-cause mortality. Measured at every visit.
VO₂Cardiorespiratory fitnessYour engine size. We track it so your coach can actually train it up.
@homeWe come to youA phlebotomist at your door, a fasted morning draw, results in 48 hours. No clinic queue.
The standard

“Normal” and “optimal” aren’t the same thing.

A standard lab range is built from the general population — including a lot of people who aren’t well. Sitting inside it can still mean rising long-term risk.

We score you against the tighter optimal band tied to healthy ageing — and your doctor reads every result in the context of the rest.

Apolipoprotein BApoB

Causal
What it is
One count of every cholesterol particle that can lodge in an artery wall — a single number for atherogenic risk.
Why it matters
A stronger predictor of cardiovascular events than standard LDL-C, and it moves 5–10 years before symptoms.
What moves it
Saturated fat, soluble fibre, body composition, exercise — and medication when the number warrants it.

Lipoprotein(a)Lp(a)

Lifelong
What it is
A largely inherited lipoprotein you’re born with — tested once, for life.
Why it matters
An independent, often-missed driver of heart-disease risk that raises the urgency of every other number.
What moves it
Mostly fixed by genetics — so it changes how aggressively we manage the markers you can.

LDL cholesterolLDL-C

Standard
What it is
The classic “bad cholesterol” — cholesterol carried by LDL particles toward the artery wall.
Why it matters
Still useful, but ApoB and Lp(a) sharpen it — two people with the same LDL-C can carry very different risk.
What moves it
Dietary fat quality, fibre, weight, genetics, and statin or other therapy.

Triglyceride : HDLTG/HDL ƒ

Calculated
What it is
A quick, cheap window on insulin resistance, calculated from two lipids you already measured.
Why it matters
A high ratio flags metabolic dysfunction even when the individual lipids look fine.
What moves it
Refined carbohydrate, alcohol, body fat, and exercise.

Reference ranges are benchmarked to optimal bands tied to healthy ageing, calibrated to your age, sex and Thai-appropriate data — and every result is read by your physician in the context of your full panel, history and goals. This guide is educational, not a diagnosis.
